Who's scared of ARK and UGA?

Arkansas' offense opens up more opportunities for interceptions from Jackson, Waggner, Brewer, Moore and Lanier :)

Everybody's so damn scared around here these days! We've all been kicked in the sack repeatedly the last few years, but times are changing. I whole-heartedly agree with the original poster (especially the V,B part!) and think our continuity and increased depth from last year makes us able to compete and potentially beat anyone on our schedule. Sure, we could get the injury bug again or the football gods could decide that they're not finished punishing us for some reason. However, as we're constituted now, I fear no team on our schedule and expect to be representing the East in Atlanta.

Our team has the T on the helmet, and their's don't!

V,B!

I'm not scared of Georgia at all. Jury is still out on Ark. They could be awesome, or they could flounder their way through. Worse yet, they could flounder and STILL beat us.

Not me.

These teams are overhyped. Georgia is the same story every year. Please tell me what is there to worry about? I'll go ahead and guarntee that we win one of these games.. Most likely both of them.

I'll also go ahead and go on the record and say we go 9-3 this year. V,B

How does Arkansas' offense not scare people? They have a strong running game and the best WR core in the SEC. And they were just a couple of plays from being undefeated last year.

Georgia. . . yeah, not scary. Only thing that's worrisome here is that you never know what you're going to get. If you get their best game, it could be trouble.

Arkansas scares me but GA does not. We haven't ever fairest well in Arkansas and we don't match up well with them this year. This is the game that we could get blown out in. Hoping we don't but they will be the best and most explosive offense we play this year. If we don't get pressure on Wilson we don't have the secondary to match up with their receivers.

Because they have a new quarterback. They very well may be great, but a quarterback is key, especially in that offense. We haven't seen Wilson enough to judge how good he will be.

Don't underestimate the Petrino factor.

I just posted the same. Anybody that truely follows the game knows their offense is the best we play this year by far.

Auburn and Oregon also did last year and Alabama the year they won it. Arkansas will score alot of points

They have a new quarterback, and we all know that Bobby Petrino's quarterbacks usually struggle in their first year as a starter.

The new qb thing is very overrated. Auburn, Oregon and Alabama just in the past 2 years.would be different if He was a freshman.

He isn't that new. I mean, he's been around the system and he played in a pretty significant game last year. We aren't talking a walk on freshman here.

Not to mention by the time we play them he will most likely be seasoned, or hurt. So basically it is too early to be scared of anyone at this point.

Are you agreeing with me, or did the heavy sarcasm not translate?

Seriously, Petrino gets good play out of his QBs. That's not going to change, new or not.

You know you might be on to something there. i totally forgot about them. They're top 10 and they were not impressive at all last year. These two teams are the reason I hate media polls and preseason hype.

Year after year they bring in great recruiting classes, are always ranked high on the preseason polls, they have a very easy schedule, and yet they win 8 games a year(give or take). I dont understand all the love they get.

Ill be scared of UGA when they put all that talent they have down there to use. They might as well fire Richt because they have the players to win. I dont know why they are wasting time on him anymore.

I'm definitely agreeing with you. Arkansas scares me more than any team on our schedule this year. They are the team if we were to get blown out any would be the ones to do it..jmo
