It probably won’t be long until you have another chance. That apartment is no doubt heart-stoppingly expensive. I live within Amtrak distance so I take it, since Penn Station is directly underneath MSG.

Is that the Flat Iron Building?
They had a tiny one bedroom on W16th when they first moved that was only a few blocks from there.
They now live on Hudson Street in the West Village, so it's a little bit of a walk to MSG.

The profile photo is one I took of the Flatiron Building when I was down for a visit. For our games at MSG we don’t usually bring a big crowd, I think because we have folks who plan around the bowl games instead. Last year I was impressed with Arkansas’s crowd — they seemed really excited about Cal, and they brought about as many as Michigan, who I expected to outnumber them.
