Who will leave after this year?

Hurd tweeted a column from BR last night entitled "Hurd is Present and Future Workhorse for the Vols". It doesn't sound like he's going anywhere to me... but then again I don't claim to be his uncle (ahem).

That's too bad, if true. Why would he transfer for his junior year? Unless he's going FCS, he'll have to sit out a year when he's draft eligible.

He's not transferring. More bs by the sh1t stirrers around here. Don't fall for their nonsense. He11, it wouldn't even make sense for him to transfer. He is probably gone after his junior year if he stays at UT. Why would he go to a FCS school to showcase his talent to NFL scouts? Or why would he transfer to a FCS school to play for another school his senior year and risk injury by not leaving early? Nothing these jokers say are grounded in logic.

And I'd say the other guy being his uncle is just as likely as either one of being his uncle. And we both know neither of us are his uncle :)

Hurd's uncle or whatever that posts here says he is transferring or some crap this year

I'll believe it when I see it.

"I had a 1000 yard season for a team that is going to let me carry 20 plus times a game and be a Heisman candidate next year, in addition to being a favorite to win the division. You know what, this stinks, I'm out. "

I think both JRM and Sutton leave this year. Jalen is a tackling machine and I expect him to look great at the combine. Sutton is probably at least 1st three rounds of draft. Very good money. Our defensive backs are better than people think. The better the pass rush the better the DBs look. Watch other good teams and their DBs can look bad at times. They all get burnt sometimes. Very tough position to always look good.

74? Really said he was transferring?

It was something like "good chance he's not at UT next year" "very upset at scheme (or situation)" to paraphrase. Can't remember the thread... One about him breaking Henry's record maybe. It was 74 that posted it

Sutton won't surprise me, although I think he took a step back this year. I was not aware that JRM was eligible. Sure hope he wants to come back though. Our D and especially the LB corps will be stout.

Yeah I remember that post - things have got better for Hurd since then and I thought 74 said he was a HS friend not an uncle

Hurd just went over 1,000 yards behind only a fair O line.

Next season our O line should be MUCH better so Hurd and AK both should put up excellent numbers.

Both would be crazy to leave just when we're about to start dominating in the SEC.

I can only hope that both Sutton and JRM will stay for their Senior seasons.

I believe if they stay they'll get drafted earlier and their 1st NFL contracts will earn them several Million $$$ more.

The 1st NFL contract is the most important to most smart guys because most will never get a 2nd contract or it will me for the minimum.

I would like to see a complete list of all our Seniors plus any Juniors that might be crazy enough to leave us.

#BrickbyBrick...VFL...GBO!!!
