Who will be the next 2010 Quarterback Pick for the Vols or is he already committed to another Collage any thoughts?

PRO-STYLE

JONATHAN WATTERS ***
Ht:6'4"
Wt:178 lbs
40:4.9 secs

DUAL-THREAT

CAMERON NEWTON ****
Ht:6'6"
Wt:247 lbs
40:4.53 secs
Class:2010 (Junior College - Dec Grad)

JEFFREY GODFREY ****
Ht:5'11"
Wt:167 lbs
40:4.6 secs

MUNCHIE LEGAUX ***
Ht:6'4"
Wt:185 lbs
40:4.6 secs

GARRETT GRAYSON ***
Ht:6'2"
Wt:184 lbs
40:4.63 secs

My thought is CAMERON NEWTON. He is the highest rated QB, according to Rivals, not already committed to another school. He is also a Midterm enrollee (Junior College - Dec Grad), has the size, speed and could come in and give Tyler Bray the needed time to beef up and adjust. GO VOLS!

Well considering none of this guys have offers none of them will "pick" Tennessee without Tennessee picking them.

might seem pointless, but Nick Stephens is still out there ready to challenge the freshmen. They need to be GOOD.

They could be bad and they'd still be better than Nick. Just sayin'...

if Nick is having a turnaround like Crompton seems to be having, I think He will be here for a couple years actually. But I still think we need a monster QB right now...

Ask the coaches. They'll tell you he isn't.

i've heard he don't have the abillity of Crompton, but I guess we'll have to see. I say Munchie for next year, or the Pro-style one.

He doesn't have Crompton's ability. When that's coupled with a bad attitude, it equals no playing time.

Watched some film on him. He seems to have good arm strength, nice touch on the ball, can throw the slant and out pass really well. Also, seems to see the field really well being 6'6" and has good pocket presence. he also has the speed so he can scramble out of a bad situation in the pocket. Just some thoughts. GO VOLS!

I just found this: Insider Tennessee sources are indicating that Florida’s former backup quarterback, Cam Newton, has contacted Lane Kiffin’s staff at Tennessee, and that Tennessee has made an offer.
