UT in basketball next year...

In football I think LSU had the most talent last year, however this year its pretty hard to say...

Id say LSU, Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia have the most.

Presumably we're forgetting about the O and D lines in this debate. That's really the only way we merit a lot of consideration right now.

FL right now, until proven other wise. GA right now is probably being underrated imo. LSU will be up there.

TN probably on the outside looking in for that group, but not by much.

considering that both sort of underacheived last season, i don't know that that is a HUGE loss.....

GA won't suck.

True. But if two underacheving DEs start, there must not be any good backups.

On another note, is Milner coming back and is Sean Bailey going to be healthy next year for the dawgs?

i believe Milner is back, but not sure, have no idea about Sean Bailey.

GA was kind of in the same boat last year we were in the previous year, they just didn't have the losing record to show for it.

GA will win a minimum of 9 games next season.....they are loaded at RB, the QB won't be near as bad as last year, the WR's won't be near as bad as last year. the O line will be better.

their biggest losses are on D, but they were young there last year as well.

they really are kind of in the same boat as us....young, inexperienced, but they do have talent. i think you'll see a better offensive team from GA this year.....

Florida, LSU, UT and Auburn have all recruited very well the past couple of years...IMO it's a toss up between them.

i think UT is on that list simply because of last year's class......the class before that was fringe top 25 and the ones before that that were top 5-10, many of those players are either non contributors or are no longer on the team.

FL and LSU have the edge on just about everyone right now....GA and Auburn are right behind...and we're kind of in that mix a little bit on the fringe.

He's gone. He was a senior.

Most talent has got to be florida. If we're asking experienced talent, then I'd vote for Lsu. My rankings

1. Florida
2. Lsu
3. Uga
4. Tennessee
5. Auburn
6. Toss up between South Carolina or Bama
8-12. Who cares

UT had an awesome recruiting class last year but remember our class before that sucked, and '04 is looking like a very overrated bust.

Georgia's O-line is extremely thin depth wise. Sean Bailey was a receiver there that tore his knee up before the UGA - WVU bowl game.

I think if you go on proven talent, UT is in the bottom 6, unfortunately. If you count our heralded recruiting class, then we move up some. In my opinion, UT shouldn't have to rely on an unproven group of incoming freshmen as validation of its talent level.
