That would probably also mean getting rid of the pathetic bearcat spread offense. While that is desperately needed and exactly what the doctor ordered, do you really believe Butch is ready to turn over the offense to someone and take himself completely out? Hart would have to force him to do that...

Hart may just do that to save his own skin. He can't survive Butch failing.

Azzani is aweful . He has done nothing but recruit. Receiving corp. Should be much better than they are.

The receivers have droped more catchable balls than any Vol team in recent times.....2 loses are possibly due to drops, no?

I don't even know who it is, but whoever coaches punt/kick return and punt kick coverages has done an awesome job this season. Everyone else has had instances where their unit has failed miserably and can be let go for all I care.

There are too many great young spread offensive minds in the world that too much wouldn't have to change. It may also come down to its either this or you coming from Hart.

Entire Offensive Staff, and whoever coaches the secondary (Thigpin?) on defense. Sorry, i am terrible with keeping track of names. While I do not completely discount some of the ire aimed at Janscek, I do believe his defense has been pretty solid. I feel even more so since some key players have been lost to injury this year. However, they absolutely must stop this just trying to shove and hit and actually wrap players up.

After the suspension at the beginning of the season, wouldn't surprise me to see Martinez hit the chopping block.

Keep Thigpen because he is a great recruiter. Lose the chart, Debord, Butch's clichés and slogans. Bajakian was way better with Dobbs than Debord thus far. Either our WRs are way overrated or they are just not choosing to be vertical. It doesn't help that Dobbs throws over their heads, behind them, into the dirt. No wonder when they do get a catchable pass thrown their way, they are surprised and drop it. Also, I am hearing that these WRs cannot get separation. I have seen several wide open, especially in the Florida game. Put in Dormady or Jennings at this point. Jennings has only thrown twice but has a good arm and looks accurate, even if he overshot his WR against Arky.

I agree. The wideouts have regressed under his leadership, much like Dobbs has while being coached by a grad assistant.

I don't agree with either of these statements. If I'm not mistaken, Jancek's Dfense has lost three games so far. Two come from behind losses in the 4th quarter and gave up a 14 point lead in the Arky game. It seems the majority of fans are frustrated with the Ofense but they have scored 20+ points in every game this year. If my Ofense is putting up 20+ a game I expect my team to when 9 out of 10 times. I have my frustrations with the Ofense but way more frustrations with the Dfense. Jancek couldn't win the big games at UGA and I don't believe he will win the on The Hill. JMO!

The only way Vandy beats the Vols is if the Vols literally do not show up for the game.
