Who was that QB and what did they do with JG..??

He's played like this before. That's why I get annoyed when people try to act like he's the worst QB in history. The issue is that he's inconsistent. Can he keep this up throughout the season? If he plays like he did today, we have a shot at Georgia. If he plays like he did last week, we probably don't.

JG has 0 passing TD and 5 INT against Alabama + Florida

We CAN beat UGA if he plays like he did last week. He should have been better, but he managed the game and didn't turn the ball over--a solid B+ grade. With our OL dominating the LOS, we can beat UGA with adequate QB play, a really good running game and good D and special teams.

Fair, but you know each game takes a life of it's own. We've protected the football in both ints and fumbles. We'll have to stay good in that area the next 3 weeks in order to win. I think the running game is going to determine the GA outcome, not JG as much.

The criticism is warranted. Lets not act like people are crazy here....

These two games he is showing he can play QB. And he IMPROVED from week one. He wasn't awful in game one either.

If we can continue running the ball, he will be able to get in a comfort zone. And our WRs will take effect. Jalin Hyatt and that deep completion opened up the whole field....

Idk about playing like this before. He has had better numbers before, but when I look at those games, most of the completions were WRs jumping up and grabbing low percentage passes or 50/50 balls. This game, he was on. On target, on time, on point in his decision making.

He played well. Threw several routes, but that deep lob is his go to move and will not bode well against top tier corner and safeties.

He's the 2nd best QB in the East right now, pretty valuable playing in this tough of a schedule. I've liked where we are at QB for a while now but reality is the next 3 games will let us know how far he's progressed.

No, what was our third down conversion % last week? (1 for 8). That will not get it done against Georgia. Today I heard we were 7 for 8 at one tome. That will make us competitive against Georgia.

Chizik and Chris Doering called it in the post-game. He’s finally got a line to play behind, and perhaps most important, it’s the first time he’s had the same OC two seasons in a row.
