I think the winner of this game will be the team that excutes and wants this game the most.
I don't see the Vols winning if we don't see more emotion out of this team than what we have witnessed previously this year.
I also think that Vol fans will do their part in Neyland Stadium come Saturday evening, they must.
The Vols can win, but they are the underdogs and reasonably so

If they will just come out juiced like we did after the rain delay vs ETSU we will be fine. That should not be a problem against florida or anybody for that matter.

The closer we get the more excited I become, I'm just trying to temper my enthusiasm, because I've been there so many times nefore

I do......;)

GO VOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Actually, you are probably correct.
Vol fans really want this one.
Both teams players and coaches want it and need it for a bowl game probably.
But our fans need it for our sanity....lol.

Florida has a history of coming out "juiced" against us....

I haven’t seen us win a home game against Florida since 98 and I’ve been to a lot of games. Time for a change!

I think that Florida wants this game more. I am sure that they want to make fun of us, as they exit the field with a 1 point margin of victory.

All the team needs to do is remember last year.
As to emotion - I addressed this issue a few days ago. They just don't show much as a team. But this morning channel 17 Nashville ran a clip of Coach P. saying don't look back or forward, just at the game at hand. This was stated in his deadpan (Belachack (I know spelling) way. I now think the team has come to mirror this attitude. Not a don't care, not enthused, but a very workman like attitude, that includes quiet enthusiasm. GO VOLS!!

So true, fans need the win to stay engaged, otherwise by the end of October fans may be wishing the season would just hurry up and be over, just like last year

This isn't the Florida game. It is the Tennessee game.

I just hope they execute the game plan and play to their ability and not shoot ourselves in the foot or give them the game. I can take it if we play a good game and limit our mistakes and come up short what kills me is how many times we go into this game and play our worst.
