With Powell decommitting, should we go after another prospect in the similar mold, or should we go after a CB, DT, LB?

Vote and let us know why you chose that option.

Personally, I would take another true elite CB(Lammons, Smith) if we can snag one. Our current roster speaks for itself.

Adoree' Jackson because he want to play WR. One of The Berrys could also slide in to the H-back/WR role.

Whoops. Need a little help from the mods on that one. It won't allow me to change the poll title after submission.

Powell was a really good WR so I think we need two WR's to make up for the loss. One less DL, we're loaded there anyway.

Oh I gotcha! I'm gonna say DT. I feel that for us to gain our identity back we have to have a fierce defensive front.

DT wins championships, Wideouts look pretty running around but that wont put no ring on your finger.

Except for OL, I'm perfectly content with the rest of our offensive recruiting. One more OL and use the rest of the schollies on defense is my opinion. Unless some superstud recruit wants to come, then you use it on him.

We need another TE badly. IMO TE is the most important position on the field and without a great TE crop we will never win another NC!


Ok I may have consumed more CPT and Coke than I should have....

The question was: Who should we NOT take? So I answered same. I feel we have got plenty of WR commits for this class, and several underclassmen that will develop. I think we need DT like people in California need earthquake preparedness classes. With the six spots left we can fill,(assuming Dews does NOT grey shirt and we keep everyone we have now), I would take a RB/CB and a LB/S with the same last name, a DE from Illinois, and whichever 3 DT's we can land. IF we can only get 2, a certain CB from California might want to get out of the earthquake zone.
