Who should be the next head coach?

Here is a list of potential head coaches in no particular order; I am sure we would not be able to lure a few of these coaches away but the program could spend the money to try.

Brian Kelley
Will Muschamp
Norm Chow
Nick Saban
Urban Meyer
Steve Spurrier
Lane Kiffin
Mike Zimmer
Mark Dantonio
Gary Pinkel
Les Miles

We have as much a chance of getting those guys as we do Bill Belichick. As long as Jon Gruden is winning with the Buccaneers, then he is staying in the NFL. Norm Chow is a coordinator, and will probably retire that way.

Lane Kiffin is a possibility, but the position probably won't be open soon enough.

I have respected CPF personally...but he, coach Chavis, and the rest of the staff are not getting it done now. If a change would come, who do you think could step in and begin to build this storied program back up?

i have to say i also like wake forest's jim grobe. i would love for him to come to tennessee. since 2005 ive went from expecting the vols to win, to hoping the vols win, and now expecting the vols to lose. ive always pulled for fulmer but its time for a change!!! my only saving grace is bruce pearl and the upcoming b-ball season.

I heard that Miami was on probation after Butch Davis left, and some other program too.......And as far as Saban goes, my gut just tells me he's as crooked as a recruiter as they come..........but I've got no proof.........yet

Wow, I feel like an idiot.

My brother has a similar skin graft burn on his arm / hand from a childhood accident when we were living in Knoxville. Coincidentally, he graduated from VA Tech and lived in the sports dorms. It never occurred to me that Beamer's "growth" might actually be burn
