Hate to hear about McKenzie, hope it's not as bad as it looks.

Anybody got any info why Charles Mosely was not called on when we had to burn Tatum's redshirt with him still being under weight. I fear Mosely could end up being like D. Blair and never emerge.

He's a guard, not a tackle. And, unfortunately, sure looks like he's never gonna emerge.

Offensive Lineman aren't expected to be fast. Technique and toughness are more important, and you would think somebody 3 years at UT would have a leg up on an undersized true freshman (who was a planned redshirt). I know big Charles had the bad car accident and severe leg injury, just wondered if there was an update besides the sssllllooooowwwwwww opinion.

I don't think he's ever played tackle (at least not in college). He's been practicing at LG but got beat out by Boulware.

McKenzie - torn peck - so he is out for the season? If a full tear, yes.
Did not even know McKenzie got hurt against Bama. When did it happen? The 2nd half because I saw him in there the 1st half I know. The injuries to this UT team is really unbelievable. Never seen so many injuries to one football team. Seems like half the team is injured.

We can't expect our guys to do too much with all these injuries especially the ones to key players. If we don't get some of them back we might be in trouble. Might lose 4 games or possibly more unless we can get at least a few of these players healthy.

It hurts me really bad to see such a solid & talented team receive so many injuries. So frustrating. I don't think we would have beat Bama full strength but a much better game & probably would have beaten A&M at full strength. What a shame to what was going to be an outstanding UT team.

Will be great to have them back but we only need a few of them to beat USC handily...those dudes are bad

Kirkland and McDowell back will make the defense instantly better. Still concerned about the DT situation.

Good news is, if we have all these guys back in two weeks there's no way we don't win out. That is assuming of course they don't all get reinjured again....

You did see the first few games of the season, no? This team is predictably unpredictable. They can lose to any team on the schedule...well...maybe not Tech, but they have to play ball vs everyone else or a loss can certainly come. Frankly, I think we have at least one more loss in us. This is a "finesse" team. They need things to "click". If they aren't hitting on all cylinders, they just don't have the talent or physicality on the LOS to impose their will on the opposition. In short, I hope both Arky and LSU get the gators. Think we will need them to lose two more before its all said and done.

I think it was the 2nd or 3rd defensive series

Chance Hall? Didn't seem severe on sideline but did have his knee elevated. I'd say 50/50.
JJones? Would expect him to try to play.
Kendrick? Stayed in uniform for emergency situations vs Tide. Two weeks to heal. So likewise would expect him to go.
Robertson? Same as above. Dressed vs Tide. Should play at USC.
Wiesman? Fully expected back.
Kirkland? Emphatically told will play at USC and should be good for the stretch run.
McDowell? Seemed OK on sidelines. Should be back with two weeks' more to recover.
McKenzie - torn peck - so he is out for the season? If a full tear, yes.
Alexis Johnson - is he in playing shape?
Supposedly. No clue why he didn't dress vs Tide.
Cam Sutton - still maybe trying to be back (maybe) by TTech? Yes. Out of the cast.
Abernathy - Hammy? Don't think torn or fully pulled; more like a tweak. He left the stadium w/ his family and was not limping. So that's encouraging.
Foreman?
Was on sideline & tried to encourage teammates, etc. expected to try to return for USC.
Missed Baylen Buchanan who exited with a right shoulder injury. No clue the severity; just know he was in pain and being examined by medical personnel as the game was concluding.
Bolded comments by John Brice

J Jones? Is he injured too?

Mosely not a tackle

Saw him on the sidelines last night and forgot about him. Did they think Tatum would do just as well as A S and C M and go ahead and get him playing time for the future?

Wish they could have played Sanders instead of burning Tatum's redshirt

^ You beat me to the punch by five hours. I was thinking unless you were born without a leg you have a couple of them.
