Who's left that Butch is trying to grab? I'm not big into recruiting, but how many more signees could we see, and could we possibly take the #1 class this year if we get more?

Adoree Jackson, maybe Michael Sawyers, and lock up their rest of our own commits. That's as much as I know.

Adoree Jackson (although all signs to him being at Southern Cal) and Sawyers. We are going to have to fight off other schools for Hendrix and Barnett. I would give that a big no on the number 1 class too. We'll probably stay in the 7-10 range.

If you read the Evans thread, everything points him the juco route grade issues! Maybe visit him in a year or two!

Adoree Jackson is probably the last target. Maybe Sawyers. If we don't land anyone else we will end up in the 5-7 range.

Most of the 5 star players they get won't see the field this season anyway...our's will
It comes down to our 4/5 star players we recruited this season vs Bubba's 4/5 star players they recruited last year or the year before.
Plus with Bubba's annual easy schedule....and there depth.....MANY of those 5 star players never see many hard/meaningful gametime reps.
Our recruits get reps/experience per schedule from hell and lack of depth

It appears Adored has narrowed his choice to a "Final Four" of Gators, Tigers, Trojans, Bruins." Per his Twitter. Also something Barnett posted on his has some folks nervous. I just wish NSD would hurry and get here.......

Today on the 104.5 midday show they had someone from 24/7 sports on, forgot his name, but anyways he said that the chances are better now than ever that Adoree Jasckson will go to UT and would kinda surprise him if he didn't. Said USC is definitely still a factor but Jackson wants to do track along with football and UT gave him a better chance to do both.

I'm agree I think we are going to have to fight Missouri hard for Barnett and Hendrix.

i say two or three commits flip at last min.. it always happens n we have to replace them with 3 stars n vn has a melt down. .n we end up around 11th... :rock:

if not i will be impressed..

If they flip, they flip. I don't think they will flip, but if for some stupid reason they do, we will not waste scholarships on players who will not play. We will just sign more next year. Not to worry.
