Who on here could work up a gif for me?

A dear friend of mine is trying to beat cancer (brain). She got some positive news tonight but still has a long journey.

Anyways the video of the kid running on the football field and getting tackled by the big guy, I would love to turn that into a gif where the head of the kid says “cancer” and the head of the big guy tackling is replaced by her face.

I know there are some tech-ies here that could help me out.
