Who is your "off the radar" coach to come to Tennessee?

Most on here have been very funny, but this one could work.

RON ZOOK! Great recruitor and could bring his OC with him from Illinois. You think he would be motivated to get back to the SEC and beat on UF??? I do. That is off the radar, but not a bad choice.

I think his run in the SEC the first time around was enough for him. Not only did he lose all the big games, but the Mississippi teams all took care of him as well.

He laid the foundation for CUM's national championship team. he is hard nosed, intense, and a great recruitor. I really don't think he would be a bad choice. He is not my first choice, but the subject was off the radar. He is, and would not be bad (with his OC)!

Locksley was on Zook's staff during his stint in Florida. They still failed miserably. Ron Zook would be about the worst possible hire. NIU played Minnesota closer than the Illini did.

I'm sure the Gators would love to see UT hire Zook just as much as they would love to see Fulmer Stay. NO THANKS!

You were definitely off the radar. And they could do much worse. But i want to beat UF and compete for championships. With all the coaching talent in the SEC i just don't see Zooker being that guy. He's fits in the Big 10.

As much as I would hate to see him leave, I think Peyton Manning would vome back to UT to coach after he retires. But hopefully that wont happen for another few years...and rings.

Singletary may not last after the season. He's just a filler until they hire a real coach. He may be a candidate for the UT job.
