Nance was someone to take on to take Da'Rick. Nance will be a backup here.

While Bray certainly looks talented ...and Worley looks to be a monster at the HS level ...I would not be so quick to discount Nance .

Chaney and Dooley have both imployed mobile QB's in the past with great success and Nance is the most mobile of the group . Dooley has also used the zone read offense with success ....Nance appears to be a zone read type of QB . When you look at guys like Vince Young and Tim Tebow , you can no longer dismiss the running QB in favor of the pocket passer. It will just depend on the coaches preference in offensive philosophy....which , I am just sayin', we see what these coaches have chosen in the past. They chose Simms this year due to his grasp on the offense and his ability to throw while running

I dont know his name but hopefully he wont have to endure the crap that Crompton took. Bring back ol Phil to restore order.

How far in the future? There may be a PM jr down the road. :)

PM Jr would probably sign with Ole Miss...you know sins of the father...like father like son (spurn your father's institution)...something like that...however, his second good but not quite as good son would be all Vol...it's a vicious cycle

Nash Nance will never be a starter at UT unless he is in because of injury

i think nance will be alot better than what people are thinking. he has really good size and a decent arm. he just needs to get some time under his belt

:thumbsup:I think he is plenty capable and is smart. Has good physical tools. I think it is good to have him and all these guys competing and being there in case of injuries. I think a lot of it will depend on who works harder and who really spends time in film study. I think they can all handle the job given time.

I know Worley isn't even in college yet and has only played one game his senior season but the kid is a proven winner. I've been saying it for a while now but I think Bray will have a good career here. After saying that I think both will be starters here at some point and will have solid careers. The offense that we're building such as the OL that's in place and the ones for the future and the WR corp these guys are going to have, I really think we're going to have a potent offense and I think both of these guys are going to play a major part. Worley may only have a year to play but I think he'll be solid.
