Who is our best player?

Nope. Best player and pro prospect is between Nigel Warrior and Daniel Bituli.

This is absolutely absurdity..... This statement right here. Trey Smith was so good last year as a true freshman not only did he start he was the best O-Lineman and could play multiple positions on the O-Line and still be the best O-Lineman..... To say Warrior or Bituli are better than him is absolute absurdity.... He even has the accolades to prove it....

Jennings is not even Our best receiver

Who is our best receiver then? Callaway?

Callaway is a very good receiver mind you but Jennings was our most sure thing at receiver until he got hurt. He always found a way to get open. Last year Callaway had trouble getting open.

Our best player, unfortunately, did not play due to an undisclosed physical issue and we don't know if he'll ever play again.

Though it was encouraging to see Trey Smith and Chance Hall dressed out on the sidelines. Hopefully a sign that they are about ready to get back after it.

1). Trey Smith & it's not even close
2). Nigel Warrior
3). Callaway/Jennings
4). Bituli
5). Ty Chandler

Sleeper: Wil Ignont. Could have a breakout year at LB!

Top 5 at the moment!

Negative. If HS players could enter the draft, Trey would have been selected. More talented and NFL ready than both. Those two you've name will be in the league barring injury and may be great but Trey is a sure fire NFL starter. I just hope his medical condition and/or injuries don't derail his career.

I really can't say who the best is right now till everyone gets healthy and gets here. Also they need more time being coached up and play some actual games.
Now some players did step up and played well yesterday but imho no one stood out enough for me to say they are the best yet.
Hopefully this fall they will be plenty of players to choose from.

Agree. Barring injury, Trey smith will be an early first rounder

Best player is between Smith, Warrior and Callaway. Best unit on paper should be the starting linebackers but we’ll see if they can stay healthy because there’s not a lot of depth there behind the 1s.

Trey Smith is our best player.

He can play anywhere on the O-Line and has 1st Round Draft Pick written all over him.

Too bad he had to play his 1st year under Butch.

Boy's this is gong to be a long next couple of season's, putting in new system's and turn over of player's, it will take at least 3 year's to get his type of player's here, did you see what our offence did to our defence, basketball season can't here faster enough our football team might win 4 or 5 games.

So in spring games, the starting talent is divided up.

You don't get a true grasp of the product.

Our O-Line has improved. And that's without Smith.

Garuantao has improved.

Defense needs Kirkland and Bituli.

Theo Jackson is a big boost.

No depth anywhere though...

It'll be a very fun season
