I think everyone goes.

Clawson goes somewhere in the MAC or WAC. Or he goes back to a DII to be a HC.

Chavis goes to the NFL as a positions coach.

Everyone else is dispersed.

New coach brings in an entire new staff.

i say everyone but scott and drayton.....scott is a heavy hitter in recruiting, the WR are not bad, just don't have a qb to get them the ball, drayton can pull in some recruits, just don't have the ol to open holes.
recruiting and coaching is the name of the game at tennessee and we have 1 piece of the puzzle

id be ok with scott and drayton staying. we do need to have quality recruiters as well and both have shown the ability to get big time recruits right outta the gate

So, let's get this straight. You really think Fulmer is being forced out and yet we retain most of his assistants. No way.

Clean house, get rid of everyone. Chavis's defenses just don't play with the aggression that you see elsewhere

The easiest way to not harm recruiting is to hire a coach that will have people wanting to play for him...rather than the coach having to hit the trail, If you are a good HC and well known...it makes recruiting so much more easier....It even was for Fulmer during the 90's

clean house. the last thing we need is someone coming in and worrying about keeping old ut ties. cut bait. get everyone out and start fresh.

What is going to happen with Chavis? And say the entire staff goes outside of maybe Drayton or Scott? My dream scenario is Kiffin, and if Chavis is gone does that mean Kiffin Sr. is put in as our DC? and who would be OC? I'm thinking Sarkisian? Just take every USC Coordinator, and get our Swag back?

I think they should keep Scott. Boyd has done voiced his likeness in Scott and that being the main reason he is there....If he is let go, we lose Boyd.

In all honesty, I don't think Fulmer and Chavis were that bad. I just think the decision making needed an overhaul. I would mind seeing Phil as an Assistant coach, or O-Line coach....as degrading as that might be. Or if Kiffin/Kiffin combo comes, he could be OC? and Chavis could help out the Defense in whatever ways he wants?

Agreed, and i think Chavis and maybe even Clawson (despite the small chance) need to be gone.
