Who does UT close with between now and NSD?

I believe Tennessee is going to steal somebody unexpected and finish with walker or Philips, and martin would be the most ready to make a difference, right off the Bat!

F the kids that don't wanna be apart of a Cinderella story Tennessee will be next year.

Mentally tough and confident young men is what this team needs.

Great question. Three worries still with this class. One, LT prospect. Two, a starting CB. Three, more DE depth.

If we land Walker, Sapp, Love, and Allen, that'd be a great finish. We'd still need to land 3-4 CBs and 2-3 S in 2016, but Miller and Abernathy (sp? on iPhone) is a good haul.
I see your reasoning here. Let's maybe also consider that, since we're not overwrought with qbs, and Jones would love to join in on the party, he's a good bet for signing. Love and Sapp would add speed where there's never too much. Right on about TE's and really right on about an elite LT, as well. Walker and Allen? There's a good shot with them, too. Too bad about Richmond, but apparently he's not at all in the running. Nonetheless, if CBJ hangs on to what's currently committed, it'll still be another big step in the right direction.

Better question, if UT fails to land another recruit, yet signs everyone currently committed, will you be satisfied with this class? Rankings are great, but not always an indication of whether ot not you've filled your needs. Who feels this class currently fills our needs?

Just a question of curiosity.

OT would be the most pressing need IMO.

I agree. That is a great question. I am satisfied with the current class. I think that it addresses most needs, but it could definitely be better. My concern for some time now has been the OL. Prefer 5-6 in this class. Depth and competition.

F the kids? Really?

Dude you are talking about 17/18 year old high school kids. Now I love the Vols as much as anyone else, I am as passionate about them as well, but to say "F the kids" goes way to far.

There are recruits, and parents of recruits that view these pages, and it makes not only the school but the fans of the school look like psychotic morons when people say things like that.

I think CBJ will get another OT or two in this class. I have faith that coach can get it done.

My best guess is Jones, Allen and Love and we miss on Phillips, Martin and Ugo.

We might still end up with Sapp, but I still don't see how we sign more than 26 and
I wouldn't want to lose anyone else of the 25 we have, I would be happy with the class we have. Biggest need is Allen and Martin.

I'd like to see an elite LT prospect but outside of that this is a very good class as it stands.

My opinion with a few percentages I pulled from where the sun doesn't shine.

Pat Allen (60/40 versus UGA)
Walker (60/40 versus UGA) Maybe a little more of a lean towards Vols at this point.
S Jones (70% Vol) I think barring something major if we want him he's ours.
Bryce Love (70/30 versus Stanford)
Sapp (60% Vol) No idea why this kid's recruitment has lasted this long honestly.

Darkhorse would be the Kelly kid. He honestly could be a RB or DB IMO. With all of those committing we would have to make some room and have some commitments look elsewhere or be preferred walk ons.

Who gets dropped?

I've highlighted the part above so that maybe by seeing it by itself emphasizes just how F'd up a statement that is.
