What about Doug Meacham from TCU? This wasnt the Frogs best year but 2015 was good and Meacham has had success wherever he's been. A real long shot but i wouldn't mind seeing what he could do with Guarantano running the offense.

There is a wrinkle-
Current trend when firing a hc is to name an interim from within. ( take coach O at lsu).
So if you are an oc with eventual hc aspirations the position may not be as unattractive
