I'm not saying it will happen, but Helfrich is a legit option. He and Butch know each other and they share the same agent which will expedite the process if there is interest. There is also the Hoke connection. Plus, we wouldn't have to have QB coach position because that's a Helfrich specialty. It's possible but not a slam dunk at this point.

It says who do you want as the next OC and one of the choices is "It won't be any of these because Butch will hire a nobody pawn"?

Shouldn't the question be Who do you THINK will be hired?

Also, I think it will be someone that no one expects. We always speculate who is going to be hired and then someone else is hired. People will say "WHO?!?!" and life will move on.

By the way, Peyton Manning is who we will hire. :crazy:

All joking aside, I cannot fathom any coordinator worth a flip signing onto this situation with no AD in place and a coach widely considered on the hot seat in 2017.

None of this bodes well for who we get.
