Who do Titans go after in the draft??

Samuel is supposed to be wanting Champ Bailey money, and that's 9 mil a year. Champ's contract only counted about 3.4 mil against the cap this year, but that was because a huge chunk of his signing bonus was counted towards this year's salary. That doesn't mean it would work the same way for Samuel and his desired contract. I just couldn't give that type of money to a guy who has only had 1 or 2 great years. Like warrior said, there are several options at corner, and there has to be a better deal out there. I've heard though, that the titans plan on drafting another CB or 2 in the draft, which may stop them from signing a big named CB in free agency. I hope not, though.

Couple things:

A) Samuel very well could be a product of the Patriots' system. Buyer beware.

B) Saw a mock draft with the Titans taking DE Adam Carricker out of Nebraska. 2 weeks ago I was against a DE, but Carricker would be perfect for the Titans. I like it.

C) I have seen Sears in the 1st round, and Meachem OUT of the 1st round.

Kearse was a can't miss, but stayed injured. There are usually 3-4 can't miss DL but they go early.
the panthers feel the same way about dan morgan. big time money for a big time waste of talent. though the titans got much more out of kearse than the panthers have gotten out of Morgan. and i really hate it. they guy is a difference maker when he's there. he's just never there.:cray:
