We don't get commits after wins.

Jones is saving them for the basketball loses since we are winning out.

If Only Dooley knew how this worked, he could have had the #1 class in the country with all the big loses he piled up.

I have seen Mosley play since his sophomore year. He has impressive size but that is about it. He has terrible feet, bad hands and was blocked consistantly by linemen that he should have donminated. His first movement at the snap is up. His success at the next level will be limited unless he developes a serious mean streak. He will be a project for any program and there are definitely better players available out there. He will not be an impact player for any program for several years.

You've obviously not seen the young man play or evaluated high school talent for 30 years. I'm not saying that he can't play but when he is blocked consistantly by people has has a considerable size and strength advantage over, he's not the player you seem to think he is. He plays in a week region and will struggle when playing against someone with equal or better talent. With that being said he does have potential to develope provided he gets into a program that can develope his skills properly. Nothing personal with the young man. I wish him the best I'm only trying to temper expectations.

And I think we can all do better than using this word as a whole. People with disabilities can't help the way they are, so let's try using ignorant or stupid when bashing someones post we feel is dumb. Sorry, I'll get off my soapbox, I just find that word offensive since I worked with kids with disabilities.

If they are smart they will. May be trying to attract bigger fish. Like I've said this young man can play but UT needs someone a little further along in their athletic development.

I think Owen Wiliams commits soon and Mosley soon after. Both within the next week or so.

Guy sees a kid from Tennessee with size. That's what a good deal of people on here only see.

That and the Bama offer (as a NT). Disregard absolutely everything else.

Yeah Nick Saban and Mark Richt also have no eye for talent too...good thing Butch has memvol to lead his direction elsewhere in recruiting OL's :eek:lol:

I see a big body that this staff obviously wants at Tennessee. Given they not only like this kid's football and physical prowess...it is about this new Tennessee staff building and repairing the relationship with this high school and the university for future talent.

This young man has some talent and I'm definitely not questioning any coaches in their recruitment. However what I am saying is he will be a long term project for any program. UT has had many if those over the years but most of the players that have had a big impact on the program have been early contributors.

I have seen this young man play in 10 football games from the time he was a sophomore unt this his senior year. His foot speed and agility are lacking, he has poor hands and lacks explosiveness. The only time he lined up at any position on the offensive line in the last couple of years was due to an injury to other players. He is a large young man and is very slow at the line of scrimmage.

I may be wrong here (I have been wrong many times in the past) but I would not pursue this young man unless I had depth in front if him that would allow him the time to develop. If all you are looking at are his measurables and his offer list, without actually seeing his play, then you're missing a big part of the picture. There are much better options available to UT.

There never has been a relationship here for UT. I understand your point as it relates to Tennessee high schools I general but this. School is less than 20 years old and this is the first true D1 talent to ever take the field here. That's not a knock on the other players from this school.
