Idk how many of you listen to Basilio. But one thing i liked that they did today. They listed their top five big boy hires. And to me it wasn't pipe dream stuff. It's realistic but maybe not likely. But possible enough those 5 should be contacted with serious interest.

The handful of people I heard had same or similar 5 in different orders. So here's my five.

1) Chris Petersen
2) James Franklin
3) Jon Gruden
4) Gary Patterson
5) Dan Mullen

Take away Gruden (because it's not realistic at all) and add David Shaw and that would be my list.

I cannot see Fisher even remotely a possibility. $40 million dollar buyout.

He doesn't have a 40M buyout. His buyout is different depending on whether he is fired or leaves. If he leaves his buyout is the remaining amounts on coaching staff contracts. FSU likes to run assts on short term or one year contracts. Total asst staff is 4.25/year
