An SEC championship today or a signed letter from BB tomorrow? Since I was around ten yrs. old when UT last won the tourney, and I'm now 40 I'll go with the win today. But I'll have to admit it's tempting to go with the signed letter since it could help us land other big names in the future. I guess a politician would call it the trickle down effect.

You sign recruits in hopes of winning titles. Forced to choose, I'll take the title over potential.

Im gonna have to go w/ Bryce Brown signing.

We're already in the big dance, so winning this tournament would be meaningless compared to signing our possible future star.

Not enough information to make a choice!

Are you implying never a SEC championship if we sign him and/or are you saying only one SEC if we don't sign him.

I am a football guy....a BB signature.

A SEC tourney would be sweet too, I have to admit.

Cut down the nets. Not even close.

We have and will get good backs. Knowshon (for example) didn't win jack.

Not even close...I want to win that SEC Championship!! Bryce Brown could be a bust, and I really don't see this Tennessee team making too much noise in the NCAA tourney.

Is this even a real question??? Of course you take a Championship. A "football first" guy.....A tournament win would be meaningless????? I don't even know what that means. I'm a "Tennessee First" kind of guy. It would be awesome for Bruce and our team to win the SEC tournament. This is how we turn to corner with our basketball program from being a team that "makes noise" to being a team that is seen as a national contender. Even winning the SECT in a down year is a good thing. Winning in tournament play is what college basketball is all about.

Obviously you didn't read all of my post!

Bryce Brown. He would help bring in the best recruits the next year. He's the No.1 player in the nation. Even more recruits will have to take notice.

An SEC championship is forever,BB is for 3 years.

If your scenario included a football SEC or NC while BB was here, I go with the signing
