I say there is a 5% chance he ends up a Brown.

I'd be shocked if the Seahawks passed on him.

They have two safeties total on roster, neither are very good and I'm pretty sure one of them is a converted cornerback.

Ok, two quick notes. I posted a story/column earlier on Berry and Williams' paths to New York and the draft.

And in talking to a couple of NFL folks today the chatter of Berry to the Redskins seems to be growing.

It's interesting in that Berry seems to be the most talked about guy today by every radio show, tv network, etc. Tons of buzz and rumor surrounding him

Yeah. You're right. Isn't that just the base salary though? Thought he could make more than that based on his production.

Either way, I doubt the Skins could get a 1st round pick for him. Maybe if it's the 30th pick.

I would trade more for Marshall than Haynesworth and the Broncos got squat for one of the top wide receivers in the NFL. He is also a lot younger and less injured than Big Al.
