UT was the more talented team without a doubt. Unfortunately our coaching disadvantage won out.

If you're really wondering which was the better coaching staff after viewing that game, then I'm afraid any salient argument would simply be lost into the ether that is your ability to comprehend the obvious.

UT easily. State is just well coached. Mullen gets the most out of the resources he has.

The only thing Miss St had that were better was Banks & Slay. The rest UT had the edge in talent.

The first half made me really think they did, the way our D was getting run over by their RBs and WRs. The D proved in the 3rd that we had what it takes and should've won that game. No doubt we were more talented.

You have to count defense too. Sure we have good offensive talent, but they had more talent on defense.

You would have to go position by postion and I bet MSU would be close or maybe even better counting the whole team.

People were saying the same thing after the Florida game, but when you went position by positionit was Florida by a large margin.

I suspect the talent level will be much different than most of the people in this thread think.

Turnovers are part of talent, and I think MSU has shown this season that their players are better holding onto or (defensively) turning over the ball.
