Regardless of which side of the fence you are on with Bruce Pearl, in any sport there are always players that just don't jive with their coach. Maybe they truly have little talent, but oftentimes the coach doesn't give them a fair shot or the coach's motivation style doesn't suit that particular player. This happened to several players on the football team (i.e. Tauren Poole) with the transition to Dooley--they were revived!
So, the question is this:
Which players do you think the basketball coaching change will benefit the most from a "revive my game" standpoint?
My thoughts:
-I really think that with the right motivation, Woolridge could be something decent--maybe a good 6th man.
-Clearly Bruce couldn't get Cam Tatum out of the gutter, but maybe someone else can.
-If McBee can focus on his 3-point shooting and defense in the off-season, he can be a good contributor.
-Kenny Hall needs someone to motivate him off the court (so I hear).
I am excited about the prospect of this. What do you guys think?
