Which is the better character?

From southpark who would you pick as better. Mr. Hankey "the Christmas Poo", or Mr. Towelie(wanna get high)? This is a tough que. I love both characters dearly. I'd make a poll but I'm an idiot and don't know how.

Edit: If you want you can throw Sexual Harrassment Panda in the mix, but to me he's not as good as the other two. However he did make me laugh
