To be fair, he said we are not backing into a bowl no more than we would have been backing into the SECCG.

If we had our full compliment of DL, LBs, DBs and OL healthy, I would like another shot at Alabama in the SECCG. Not saying we would win, but I do think we would play them better.

Given the absolutely decimated, patchwork team we have right now? I would much rather take a good bowl game and hope we can win it. Beat Vandy and win a good bowl game and the season is a success.
