My choice I'd pick using my heart would be Tennessee.

My choice using my brain would be...Texas. Easiest recruiting in the USA.

FSU and Tejas for obvious reasons. Ga So because they have a great tradition, great fan base, and play in a good conference. Easily a national championship caliber job every year in the FCS.
