Where's the Thanks?

Looks like the Thanks feature located on the lower left of a post is no more. I guess that was short- lived.

It died. Freak meant it for good and we used it for evil.

I think it would have been a more useful tool if only the mods could give thanks.Sort of better when you leave it to a smaller panel of "judges".
