I assume not on the sidelines? But what if he is? Would that be legal? Are ADs allowed on the sidelines during games?

I think he will primarily stay in his box.

He also will spend some time on the sidelines. If we are about to get a big win I guarantee you he will be on the sidelines near the end of the game.

I can see him taking notes for an after game "Hot Wash".

If he sees something significant, he will let the booth coordinators know but otherwise won't interfere.

I think CPF will be a traditional AD by staying in the suite but coming down to the sidelines for big games. Now if we can just prevent him from trying to suit up when our O-Line doesn't block.

Phil will be raising money, like all the other ADs on game days.
Phil won’t be try to coach, he has always deligated to his OCs. I don’t see him trying to dictate to CJP. If he did CJP would probably tell him to shut up.
