I was in TacoMac Chattanooga probably 50/50 bulldogs/Vols.

Besides a stadium it was best atmosphere I have ever been in.

That is what I always hated about living in the Chattanooga area, always 50/50 GA/AL fans.

I was with about 20+ folks from my church. My pastor had just ran a few laps around my chair after their touchdown. A girl from church handed me a red Georgia towel to "wipe my tears on" as she put it about 20 seconds before we won. After the catch, I took her the towel back, and told her she may wanna wait till the clock hits 0 next time.

I was in my den in Rome, Ga., by myself. When the catch was made, I started running around the house screaming. My cat didn't come out from under the bed for about 12 hours!

In a hotel room in Cancun on my honeymoon. I was standing up the whole time on Georgia''s last drive then collapsed into the bed after their bomb.

After Berrys return I stood up again because we had a chance. I watched with my face about 1 foot away from the tv and ran around the room like I just a Nintendo 64 for Christmas after we came down with it. As a final play like that you always listen for the review or there is a flag on a the play call. After the game my wife and I celebrated with some tequila and steaks.

Sitting very dejectedly in my recliner. Had just said to my buddy " there goes the f#$%ing SEC East title right down the drain" Then I was thinking to myself I bet Josh throws this out the back of the end zone and we don't even get a shot. When Dog caught the ball I was screaming at the top of my lungs "ARE YOU F#$%ing KIDDING ME?" Over and over and over and noticed I was standing with my arms straight up in the air. My friend had screamed "Looky here looky here" as well. I also by sheer habit was looking for a flag or a ref to come running in and screw us somehow with some bs call yet again. Then it sank in and I neary collapsed.
BTW, did you all hear Vern, I believe, say "And we still haven't seen a pass interference call on a hail mary" WTF???????????????

I have already read a few great stories from posters about where they were when Jauan Jennings made the catch. I am sure that there are other great stories that have not been shared.

I was at a wedding, following on Yahoo Sports on my phone. After I saw that Georgia had gone ahead, I set my phone down on the table at the reception and just put my head in my hands. I still kept refreshing, but I was hoping that the play would be reviewed and called back, or something. I think saw a tweet that said Berry's return has given Tennessee a shot at a Hail Mary. I still did not really believe, but I kept refreshing anyway. Before I could get it refreshed enough, the lady on the other side of my wife gasped out loud. I looked up and she turned her phone around for me to see that her husband had texted her that we had won 34-31 on a Hail Mary. I was floored. I still kept refreshing my phone and holding my breath until I started seeing tweets with the final score. Then, I had to almost physically restrain myself to keep from losing my mind at the reception. I put my hand over my mouth and bit it (true story), to keep from screaming in joy. I was covertly pumping my fist and when there was a lull, I went outside and watched the replay of the play about 45 times. I love my Vols.

First, I hate it when people plan weddings on game days. Second, I was one of the few at our football party that was watching the last play. Most had went outside and were chatting. I was standing right beside the TV, I was about 13 beers in at that time. The play seemed to happen in slow motion. As soon as I saw the refs throw their hands up I went nuts!!!!!! Ran around hugging everybody that was there.

In the suburban driving to Florida for a weeks vacation on the beach with my wife and daughters. We were all in our orange and listening to the game on radio. (Had to stream it when we got out of TN). My oldest daughter was getting updates on her score app and we would hear it on radio a couple minutes later. We were in south Alabama in traffic sitting still due to an accident when we went ahead on the fumble recovery. We were going crazy. The Alabama fans in vehicles around us didn't seem to appreciate it and really showed out when Georgia scored with 10 seconds left. After the penalties and kick return I told my wife, "we're not done yet. Then my daughters phone updated the score app with UT 34- GA 31 FINAL!! Before we heard it on radio. We then heard it on the radio and went crazy again. All the Alabama fans around us were looking straight ahead and had faces similar to the Georgia fans in the stands. Made our week on the beach much more enjoyable.

Had 2 buddies over & we all 3 just sank in the couch when they scored. I was mumbling how I can't believe we just lost that game....I texted my nephew in Colorado (Auburn grad, likes UT, hates UGA) "did you see us lose to GA right at the end?" We scored and all 3 of us jumped up screaming yelling high fiving hugging...did I mention screaming & yelling!! My nephew texted back "BAAAAAA HAAAA HAAAAAA!!!" We celebrated for an hour!!!

Should have told her you were gonna wipe something else with it instead :)

Yes there was lots of interference on both sides on the Hail Mary but with 7 or so players all jumping for the ball - not sure how you can avoid contact.

As long as no one tackles anyone I think you have to let them play.

Great stories. Keep 'em coming :) I am glad that I am not the only one who gets nervous and goes outside when things start to go awry.

I was also at a wedding, kept checking the score on my phone, getting a few text from a buddy also. Thought we were gonna lose , then got ahead, thought we had it , saw a text so checked and seen they scored, for sure gonna lose, got another text and thought what's that about. Couldn't hardly believe we had scored again.

In my living room. Bruised my knee off the coffee table and scared the dog.

I considered running down the street to the GA fans house and yelling GO VOLS!!!! (I didn't).
