I couldn't find a perfect forum for this question, but this should work. Does anyone know where can you get a jersey of a specific former player?

I would really love to have a Deon Grant Jersey. Name on the back and everything. I'm usually pretty savvy with google, but I'm not having a whole lot of success in this particular venture.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate hearing them.

The NCAA prohibits this even after they are gone? Have I not seen a million jersey's with Manning on the back?

Besides, the NCAA might be able to prohibit university stores from selling such a jersey. But they couldn't stop a private entity from doing it.

I would reccomend a livestock auction, as obvious as that sounds. We keep a few Jerseys for raw milk too, can't beat it.

They don't have many right now but sometimes they have some cool game worn stuff here. Both with and without names.

The rule with names on back is that a player who has eligibility remaining cannot be profited from through sale of merchandise. This is why replica jerseys of current players can't have names on the back, but the throwbacks can. If a school wants to sell game jerseys, the nameplates have to be removed off the back unless the player has graduated or his eligibility has expired.

All the gamers I have (except one) has the nameplate still on; the UT athletic department boxed them up and they sat around until all the players had long since moved on.
