If you haven't already listened to Coach Mathews podcast from Sunday morning, it is pretty spot on about the lack of accountability in the UT administration. And this was recorded before the Schiano crapstorm broke.

What exactly do you expect them to do or say? Based on Currie's response, he believed Schiano was the right hire. He obviously made a huge mistake not realizing what was going to happen. I guarantee UT leadership still believe he is the right answer and the fan base is out of touch. Therefore, in their minds, what good would come out of it. They either: A. Admit they made a mistake not thinking this through - which they will never admit or B. Try to convince us it was the right choice. They are in a lose - lose situation. Less said is best said. Nobody is going to accept or be satisfied with anything they say.

UT is run by Haslam stooges. There lies the problem. The stooges will take the fall, and new stooges will be hired. Until we as the collective millions of fans fire the Haslams as the "decision makers" the problem will remain.
