I think your records against Auburn were the same, and he actually beat Alabama once.

Its not going to work against the top 30 defense, generally it just doesn't work... been watching it for 6 years and the Texas A&M fans finally figured out why, he doesn't play real football.

Could he win a few games, sure, but its not going to work over time.... imo.

Its like watching scrimmage, stat night is gone for LSU now. Its horrible football on all levels. Go speak with some TAM fans over on their board - they'll tell you all about it.

I'm excited about this and feel lucky to get a coach of his caliber at this point. He is probably as good as Gundy. I don't know how their records compare but Sumlin has been playing tougher competition and understands the SEC.

Sumlin is a solid coach. his defense just needed a lot of help. Although they played Bama better than any other team not named Auburn.
