Talking on the phone, and maybe pushing 3 buttons to call someone is different than all out texting. It is still distracted driving to some extent, but way different.

On most days I literally scroll VolNation, Instagram, WatchRecon, or Xbimmers while driving. It’s boring and too easy. Especially now that manual transmissions are on the way out.

Well check this out...I have a 2016 Benz that I bought brand new, with 0 miles on it. Bought it last year on the day of the Bama game. Today, it has 37,xxx miles. IN ONE YEAR. And I’d say for 36,000 of those miles my phone was in my hand.

If you can’t drive, you can’t drive. The phone has NOTHING to do with it.
