I do it every day lol

Disgraceful if true. I would like to see texting drivers treated like DUI drivers. License revoked and prison time for multiple offenses. Texting while driving kills people and more than drunk driving.

"The National Safety Council reports that cell phone use while driving leads to 1.6 million crashes each year. Nearly 330,000 injuries occur each year from accidents caused by texting while driving. 1 out of every 4 car accidents in the United States is caused by texting and driving."

Well check this out...I have a 2016 Benz that I bought brand new, with 0 miles on it. Bought it last year on the day of the Bama game. Today, it has 37,xxx miles. IN ONE YEAR. And I’d say for 36,000 of those miles my phone was in my hand.

If you can’t drive, you can’t drive. The phone has NOTHING to do with it.

Bullsheet.

I cannot believe this is a real way of thinking in 2017.

Talking on the phone, and maybe pushing 3 buttons to call someone is different than all out texting. It is still distracted driving to some extent, but way different.
