Its a message board guy. If you want to be 100% supportive no matter what you see on the field then by all means you are free to do so. There's nothing wrong with discussing what we saw on the field Thursday night. That's kind of the point of a message board.Probably the dumbest thread I have seen in a long time. He has played one, yes one game against a defense that was among the worst last year and our center got hurt…
We should not even be having this type of discussion, but rather being 100% supportive of our team, coaches, and the starting QB.
He started 5 games last year before getting benched so it isn’t completely crazy to not be overly confident til improvement is shown.Probably the dumbest thread I have seen in a long time. He has played one, yes one game against a defense that was among the worst last year and our center got hurt…

We have 3 solid athletes at QB. I trust in Heupel and his ability to teach the position…he’s one of the best in all of college football at doing this. If he yanks Milton…Hooker has more experience and should be completely confident to take over. Milton may shine in practice but Hooker has proven himself more in live action.Slightly concerned. Are there some issues? Sure. But remember he got here in what June? I think he will definitely improve.

BTW…if you haven’t watched him run with the ball in his hand you’re missing out. Dude is agile, slippery, and glides on the field.
there should have been a selection that it is too early to decide.
Interesting that over 80% are concerned or very concerned. Only 10% were in the positive category. Here's to those % flipping next Sunday
Before the Pittsburgh game, I posted that Milton would make good plays and bad plays, with the ratio being important. Some peep are discounting the good plays while noticing and even exaggerating the bad plays. Other peep are copping out by saying that it's only the first game; we are not supposed to observe and post about what we see and think. My position remains the same, that the ratio of good plays to bad plays is important. Reviewing video of the game, I did not jot down the pluses and minuses, but I can say that Milton did make a number of well executed plays, with good timing and accurate placement. He looked good through much of the game. He also made several concerning mistakes. Can the mistakes be corrected with coaching? Yes, but only to a degree. I think we'll see most of his mistakes again.
I am curious to see who Heupel starts against Pitt. It won’t surprise me if it’s Milton. But I wonder if he gives Hooker or Bailey a shot.
Welcome to Volnation.com.On the other hand over 55% are not very concerned at all. How does that work? Does anybody know how many folks sign on on a daily basis? Like to know what percent this less than a thousand votes represents. Highly possible the more intelligent and rational fans refused to get involved in this discussion at all. I do fear that this board will be impacted by fewer folks willing to read through those that over value their own analysis capabilities on both ends of the spectrum and even the volume of posts put out there not aligning with either pole, but simply taking exception with those they think are over the line of rationality on either end. Bet the truth is somewhere in the middle, usually is.
