Where are you going to get the talent for the Tampa 2

Seeing that Chavis has built his career around recruiting small, fast defensive players, I think our personnel should be fine. Eric Berry will dominate in the Tampa 2.

I guess you've never watched a Tampa Bay game. Monte has plenty of blitz packages that he uses out of his base defense. No one runs the same defense every single down.

i have to admit i'm not all that enamoured with monte. we gave up a very good college DC for a very good but 70yr old pro DC who may or may not have the gusto left to make things work here.

I think we got a slight upgrade but mostly due to the fact the Chief didnt recruit and Monte will have at the least a minor impact with his name.
