Losing to Florida gets to me, but like everything else in life, it's all about how you deal with disappointments and setbacks. Being a chicken chit coward about a football game loss on a message board ain't how my daddy raised me.Thanks for admitting it gets to you!
Yeah ok… I’m sure you had Mullen down with a 2-2 record vs Kentucky (and about to have a 1-3 record vs Georgia) and no Championships through 4 years… and you are still tickled just to have that Goofball right? No need to break any news to me. I’m on record saying 10-2 tops, 8-4 bottom this year. I still feel that’s the range.
“Not looking for moral victories at all. I’m very disappointed in both losses to Bama and I actually expected to win the one last weekend in the Swamp. But I do see the obvious signs that we’re close to unseating Alabama. Someone has to do it. It won’t be Ole Miss, it won’t be Georgia, it won’t be LSU or Texas AM. It’ll be Florida.”I’m here, and woulda been here sooner, went and watched “the Many Saints of Newark” after the game.
Bad, bad loss for Mullen. That’s two years in a row losing to an inferior team (LSU last year). This one was maybe worse.
We’ll see how they bounce back but I’m still sorta blown away at how unprepared the offense looked.
Some on this board called it. Dan Mullen is a good coach. Dan Mullen is going to win games and he's going to win a heck of a lot more than he loses.
Is he going to get to the College Football Playoff? Is he going to win the SEC? I don't think so.

10 and 2 is out of the question lol l
There were just as many Tennessee fans that were in love with the Mullin hire. And I never said he was a bad coach. I said that he would lose a game every year to prevent him winning a championship. I said he could be at Tennessee a long time but Florida would not put up with it. And by the reaction you would think I called him every thing but a dirty dog.The reason is they think because the team they cheer for is doing better than the team you cheer for makes them more knowledgeable about the game of Football.
Probably, would require a win over Georgia.
LSU is the pivotal game because it’s a toss-up.
Likely wins: Vandy, SC, Mizzou, Samford, FSU.
Toss-up: LSU
Likely loss, although certainly not conceding it: UGa.
8-4 is fairly certain barring a massive upset to Missouri or SC.
9-3 if you beat LSU, go win your bowl game and end up with a 10-win season and program momentum heading into next year.

Lol… hang your banner, I know where my program is realistically right now, it’s a big rebuild… you clearly don’t know where yours is…Sharkhumper had 12 losses in 2.5 seasons. Mullen is 32-11 overall at Florida in the middle of his 4th season. So yes, I’m still happy with Mullen although I readily admit when he’s done a poor job. LSU 2020 and Kentucky 2021 was bad coaching.
It is kinda nice that Mullen is 4-0 against YOUR team though.![]()
Lol this dude ain’t conceding a loss vs UGa guys… it’s not just a river in Egypt..Probably, would require a win over Georgia.
