It's funny that their coach has no problem running his mouth but none of the players or fans seem to want to follow it up....

There's got to be some of you out there...

you REALLY think Mississippi State fans HAVE computers? Or can type?

Is there a computer ANYWHERE in the state of "Miss-hippy"?

These are the questions that need answering! Pulpwood trees, cigarettes, rebel flags, and 1983 chevy half tons. Thats about it. Computers......:no:

Redneck smack from another state known for toothless hillbillies living in dirtfloor shacks who ride mules down the mountain twice a year to get needed supplies like copper line and tobaccy.

State fans rarely talk smack on other boards these days. Have you seen our record for the past 6 years? Why would we bother? We have sucked in football, and we know it. Some of us do actually look on other teams' sites to see what they have to say, but as seen on this board, other fans are always looking forward to the next week. Hopefully your football team does the same thing.

Hey man...we've had fans from USM and Arky St. come on here and talk smack...even though they were obviously completely outmanned...

Is it really that bad down there? You sound pretty dejected about you're team.....even though they are what...3-1, 4-1 right now...

Cheer up dude...I can assure you that the majority of Vol fans on here expect a very tough game from Miss St. that could easily turn into a loss

Get behind your team....tell us how inbred and stupid we are....tell us how ugly our sister/girlfriend is....it's all in good fun

Yes, it's really that bad.....or it has been. The jury is still out for this season. As I said in another thread, the defense is looking pretty good. The secondary has had it's flashes...Pueges is the man at safety. He's made some good hits this year. Our run defense is pretty good too. I don't see UT blowing up the scoreboard. Our offense......well, if we had a qb that could throw the ball, I'd say you guys were toast because if we can mix it up, we can beat anybody. Unfortunately, Riddell is out for the season, Henig throws to the wrong team, and Carroll is a true freshman that the caoches refuse to allow much passing which I don't blame them. That said, if you stop our running game, which has the biggest backs you will see this year, you're gold. I don't see this as a high scoring game. Oh, and tell your mamma to stop calling me daddy. How's that?

Wow, I can't believe a southern state is making fun of another southern state for being a bunch of rednecks. You do realize that MS and TN are right next to each other don't you? Do you think that all the upscale people just stopped in your state while the dumbasses just kept going down into ours? Come on, I know atleast some of you have the intelligence to make fun of us with something better than that.

As far as football and smack talk, yeah we seem to be doing decent so far this year. But we have sucked for the past 6 years and that can kill even the best smack talkers. Give me something to work with and I can put on a show, but I don't really have anything to work with so....

One more thing, am I the only that sees the humor in all of you making fun of MS for being idiots while the subject line in this very thread ends a sentence with a preposition?

Actually, it's not always improper grammar to end a sentence with a preposition. Of course, I wouldn't expect a MS man to know that. :p

Winston Churchill was once criticized for ending a sentence in a preposition and responded, "That is the kind of thing up with which I will not put." Of course, he was making fun of the nonexistant "rule."

English has an exception to every rule. So yes, you can do it. But you can't end a sentence with "at." Sorry for not being clear, I should have known better being on a UT board.
