Where are all the MSU fans?

They are still running cable. Mississippi should have access to the internet by 2015.

If things go badly on Saturday, they will find their way here. I did visit their site that is associated with Scout and the hot topics consisted of:

1. Not selling tickets to Vol fans. I assume they are worried that lots of people from other areas of the country will be tuning in on Gameplan and they do not want to be embarassed by a sea of orange;

2. Some phantom sewer leak on the West side of the stadium; and

3. Cowbell polishing techniques (okay, I made that up).

I did not see any anti-Croom threads but I did not look that hard.

I've fielded several emails from MSU fans saying they expect to lose this weekend and offering me free food and beverage at their tailgate spot if I take it easy on them after the game.

This attitude from them does not make me feel better for some reason.

As long as they are not suiting up I don't care what their attitudes are.

Maybe in Tunica or possibly busy dodging bullets being shot out of Memphis since Memphis is currently murder capital of USA

MSU def. Aubie
Aubie def. UF
UF def. UTK

The MSUdogs have only lost to the #1 team in each division. They must be taken seriously even if thier own fans do not beleive.

If the bullets were going into MS, wouldn't that make them the murder victims, thus taking away from Memphis prestige?

This is very true and especially dangerous for UT after coming off of a big win.

This year more than most anyone can beat anyone on a given Sat. They are certainly capable.

Tell you the truth, I'm worried about this game, and not just because of the Nonexistent Law Of Football Transitivity. MSU can't throw at all, but they run pretty well, and they're ranked #30 in total defense, higher than anybody we've played except Georgia. Meanwhile this is the very definition of a sandwich game for us -- following a huge emotional win over a rival, Alabama next week, on the road during the day against a lackluster opponent, etc. etc.

We should win this game easily, obviously, and if we play with anything even sort of like the intensity we had on Saturday, it won't be close. But if we come out flat and revert back to our problems tackling, then they'll be able to run the ball, limit our number of possessions, and put themselves in a position where one turnover or special teams play could win them the game.

Besides, I have to watch the boy on Saturday night while the wife goes out, so I wouldn't be able to do as much drinking as losing this game would so obviously require. So we HAVE to win.
