If other teams are going to beat us, they better beat us this year while they can cause it's gonna be much more difficult to beat the Vols next year for sure.

Your sure the 3 guys signed will be better right out of the gate than Bowden, Turner and possibly Pons? Yes, if Pons keeps improving this season he might play his way into an opportunity to leave early - everyone would have called this a crazy statement last season.

Oh, I’m but slamming him. Merely observing when he’s having an off night (which is inevitable), we don’t seem to have another player who can fill that void. That was my point.

Serious question; who would you suggest we dump it down to against FSU's interior post defense?

Our only chance of beating them was to penetrate (which requires dribbling) and hitting shots from outside. The penetration led to us shooting 24 FTs. We couldn't hit anything from outside. It was just an off night. If Bowden hits a couple of those open shots he usually makes, we are maybe having a different conversation.

Spoiler alert, though...this is the same game plan we are going to need to use against Kansas and a handful of other teams because of our lack of size and back to the basket scoring ability.

It is also hard to have offense when you don’t pas the ball around. This offense needs lots of ball movement to be effective.

There was plenty of ball movement. FSU has a lot of length and ball movement led to a lot of our TOs. They were able to get into passing lanes and interrupt our ball movement.
