Just someone throwing something out there to see if it sticks. Of course the media got wind of it and it took off. If Butch Jones really punched Crowder then i don't know, that would probably be the end.

Totally agree. It's one thing to critique the man as a coach, but a another thing to drag his reputation through the mud. Just plain sad

It's the SEC football way. Exact same stuff goes on everywhere. Ala and AU fans have done it since I have lived here. GA fans want Richt gone and he wins 9+ games most years.

Who really cares? We have been the laughing stock of the SEC so long now who really cares? We win we lose meh not a big deal anymore. We are the Braves....we were good 20 years ago though.....just pipe down and let what happens happen we should all be numb to losing by now

The poor game day decisions have people questioning Butch. Now if he truly assaulted a player, he needs to be fired. Surely the contract has some stipulations in it. And if you disagree, how would your employer treat you assaulting a co-worker?

I don't deal in rumors, but I know a guy who has a cousin who's best friend has a son whose daughter dates a guy that works on the equipment staff at UT and he heard that Butch once gave Crowder a stern look.
