I remember walking down the halls of our hotel in Birmingham, when we still played Alabama in Birmingham, singing I don't give a damn about Alabama, we from Tennessee, our after victories over them. We will be singing it agin but not in Birmingham. Does Tuscaloosa have hotels?

If it were born for North Texas they would insert words like the whole school of Auburn where the whole school of North Texas. It was saying after each and every victory home or away

As a former UT football equipment manager from 2003-2007, I can confirm the song was sung after every victory, not just Alabama. I also know several schools sing a version of the song, so it is not solely a Tennessee tradition. I actually like them singing Rocky Top. I would bet a good portion of UT "fans" don't know all the words to Rocky Top. At least the team does now.
