I don't think any reasonable UT fan is expecting Crompton to light up Bama like he did UGA. It will be much tougher for our OL to give him enough time to throw, and I also think our WRs will struggle to get open. I'm sure Saban will try to take the rollout away, as Crompton has clearly shown that he is most effective when rolling out of the pocket.
However, I think UT fans have a very good reason to question McElroy's ability to beat us throwing the ball. Fact is, he hasn't looked very sharp lately. UT's D is more than good enough to keep this game interesting if Bama struggles to get Ingram going.
I think Bama's depth will be the difference and will carry them to about a 10-14 point win. I think Bama wins 24-14.
