When did you realize what VFL meant?

Pretty sure Andre Lott is the head of the VFL program.

Dooley started this up.

Andre Lott runs the thing.

It's a place where the athletes can go and pretty much have a life coach. A kid needs advice, he can go talk to former Vols that may have had the same problems when they were in school.

Dooley actually presented this concept during his intitial interview. This is one of the things that "blew the interviewers away" and pushed them toward hiring Dooley.

Still, though, what does VFL stand for, pards? Is it vacuum flex line? Vanderbilt football loses?

Sounds good to hear that. The concept may sound strange to some people, but it seems like a good idea. Have to give Dooley credit for that.
