When are we going to move on?

Reading this thread has brought all of my 70 years of Vol fandom angst to the surface. I'd like to thank each of you who has contributed to my BVS trip down memory lane.

First and foremost I am seeking to understand, not criticize or infer negative intent. We all have the right to our opinions as well, thank goodness we live in 'Merica! 🇺🇸

When are we going to stop looking back and focus forward? All of the Nico threads, and some are quite amusing, feel like we can't get over the situation. Until mid-summer I was in the same boat to be honest. But now that JA is killing it and the other guy....forget his name.... (well, whatever, it will come to me) is on the struggle bus why do we keep going back to that well?

I suppose I just dislike the fact he is still living, rent free, in some of our fellow Vols heads when we CLEARLY have a team that will be exciting to watch and are probably better off the way it went down.

What am I missing?

I moved on the day after. I don’t wish any ill will toward the kid, just hope he makes better decisions in the future. Sh*t happens, everything worked out fine.

Have you guys heard the biggest joke in college football? It goes blah, blah, blah Nico Iameleava.

You idiots obviously don't understand Karma.

For the love of God just cheer for Aguilar and the Vols and move TF on!

You idiots keep going on and on about it.
- his new team sucks
- he lost 1 million dollars in a matter of months.

There's nothing anyone can say to him to make his situation worse.

He lost
STFU about it before Karma strikes us TOO...
Very simple. If you don’t like it, don’t read it.

Quit being a crybaby. We are witnessing the biggest bag fumble in college athletics in the NIL era..... There will be documentaries about this.

The biggest storyline of the off season was a school telling the most important position in QB to kick rocks after being held hostage.

Also it is foolish to say Nico is living rent free when people of all stripes are simply noticing his new team's performance considering it was the first "trade" in the NIL era.

If nothing else, this situation should be a caution for NIL era college athletes for years to come.

Ffs if there’s anything a Tennessee fan understands it’s karma. We’ve been on the bad side of that bitch for 20 plus years.

Crybaby? Foolish? Good God son, I know it's game day but man you hit the sauce early! Hope your day gets better champ....

It was an original thread and there were plenty of original responses. But you do you chief.
We’re both a little salty after the loss, but no, “hey guys don’t you think we’ve talked about Nico enough” is not in any way original. It’s literally half the posts in every thread that mentions Nico or UCLA. This thread is exactly like every other Nico thread you complained about if you replaced the 2nd or 3rd post (because that’s about how long it takes) with the first one.
