I changed duty stations. Work for a NATO unit. Really cool getting to work with military members and civilians of all the different countries. Also I'm actually doing the job I joined the Army for.
Since my first post in this thread, I moved from San Diego, to Nashville, to Los Angeles, to Orange County, where I currently am. I also no longer do criminal defense at all and do completely civil litigation. Crazy how much life changes in such a short period of time
Similar story for me. Still a biostatistician but moved from a large corporation to a small research institute. Less money but huge improvement in work environment and job satisfaction.
